Controled Excentrics * Placid Ceramics is a specialty retail wholesale store offering a large array of artists' materials and supplies, crafters' needs, a gallery, ceramic/pottery studio, and education center. We believe our customers' needs are of the utmost importance, and we are committed to meeting those needs.

We also have materials available for tie dying, soap making, and candle making to name a few. We offer assistance and instruction at a minimum cost for the space and materials used. Additionally, we carry all ceramics, crafts and doll making supplies.

Directions
We're located in the center of Sutton, West Virgina, the geographical center of the state of West Virginia and a growing art community, just off Interstate-79.
Take exit 62 off of Interstate 79. Turn left at the exit on to Route 4 and drive toward Sutton for a little over 2 miles. Drive through town. The Courthouse will be on our right.

Mondays and Tuesdays: Closed (open only for group events or after school camps check with us)
Wednesday thru Fridays: 12:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. (Oct. through April)
Saturdays and Sundays: 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. (May through Sept.)
Tuesday through Sunday evenings after closing: Call for special arrangements
